Our team consists of processors and licensed originators with over 15 years experience to oversee our files from start to finish. We handle all loans, from refinances to purchases, and Conventional to Non QM.
We have a flat fee of $1095 per closed file.
You provide the fully completed application and submission package and we take it from there.
We upload, disclose, process, and close it.
Pipeline of 10 or more loans a month? Talk to us about having your own dedicated processor.
We have TPP seats for Lending Pad and Arive to easily integrate in to your systems.
We are currently licensed in MI, NJ, FL, GA and PA.
